Try re-installing the WEBcam driver. You can download the WEBcam and device drivers from ASUS WEB site. Select your model motherboard/computer/laptop, and make sure you select drivers that matches your Windows operating system. hello, i have this problem too, i fix this, i tall you how to fix this problem.1 download driver from asus web site,2 make install3 go to control panel and than device manager4 chose imaging device than chose USB 2.0 UVC web cam5 update driver software than browse my computer driver and let me pick from a list of device driver on my computer than have disk and brose folder for driver //camera_suyin_win7_32_658537701 file name is SNP2UVC. click open, 6 chose USB 2.0 UVC 1.3M WebCam and click next7 its done camera problem is fixed
