How do i check the stator on my a200 hobart mixer, or in other words ohm check the stator wiring

usually 2 wires that AC current goes through. check with volt meter set to ohms test for resistance . if you know the value .of resistance ? but if the machine has power but does not run . you know there is a thermal fuse hidden .once blown it does not reset..so you can throw it away. please don't..just replace the fuse or get a resettable one Radio shack or local electronic store . it is a size of a ADVIL pill with 2 wires inline of power coming in to switch ... >^.^<

I have a NFW7200TW Amana Washer. The problem is my wife said she saw a E3 error and then a nd error. I fixed the pump for the nd error but I don't know what the E3 error is. When I tried to run th

E3 Error: Machine control is attempting to drive the motor but is not seeing any tach response. Visual check shows motor is not moving. (Locked, Hall Sensor fault). Replace the hall sensor.
The "hall" sensor is an internal circuit of the motor. It "tells" the machine control board, what the motor is doing, it's similar to a tachometer on the dashboard of a car. In your case, you want to do the resistance checks on the wires of the CN9 and CN8 connectors at the main control board in the front of the washer (it's easier and more indicative). Unplug the CN9 connector from the control board(red, white and blue wires) testing the pins inside the wire harness connector: from pin#1 /blue to pin#2 /white you should read 3 ohms resistance from pin#1 blue to pin#3/red, you should read 3 ohms resistance. from pin#2/white to pin#3/red, you should read 3 ohms resaistance. That will tell us the motor windings are damaged or not. At the CN8 connector, unplug the connector from the control board and insert the meter probes into the end of the wire harness connector; pin#4/orange to all other pins in the connector should have infinite resistance. pin#3/blue to pin#1/pink should have 4.7 ohms resistance. If you have these resistances, the motor and wiring are OK and you'll need the control board. If the resistances are not within 10% of the ones listed, you'll need to check the wiring harnesses and connections from the control board to the motor, and replace the motor if all checks OK.
Here is a link to the motor.

Machine will start and run for 2 minuters. stop and disdplay F 05

The problem lies in the water temperature sensing as error code F05 which could mean the water temperature sensor value is out of range, the heating element is broken, or the heating element relay has failed.

Remove the three screws securing the bottom front panel to the cabinet then pull the panel down and off the cabinet. You may prop up the bottom front edge of the machine with a 4X4 block of wood or cushion the top rear edge and lean it against the wall for easy access and removal of the screws.

Check the connections to the sensor, heating element, and the relay then make sure they are snug and fit. The resistance between the heating element terminals must be around 15 ohms and the relay coils resistance is also around 15 ohms. Refer to the table below for the correct resistance value of the sensor.

Replace the part with out of range value. Check the wire harnesses and the connections, if all parts has correct value, including the connections to the central control unit.

Consider replacing the central control unit if the sensor, element, and the relay are all good and no issue is found with the harnesses and connections.

I want to test the primary ant the secontary of the coil and i want to know the value of the resistance.

The primary resistance will be less than 2 - 4 Ohm and secondary around 30K Ohms up to 40K Ohms if that is any help.

Clock works but on button does not. Help! I need my coffee! this is for my Braun Aromaster KF 12.

I would take it apart and verify if the switch works with a DMM (multimeter) on the ohms(resistance) setting.

if the switch is bad then replace it.

if the switch tests ok then keep searching until you find the problem.

if a major part is broken you might want to buy another at a thrift store or yard sale and keep the broken one for spare parts.

R106 is a .5 ohm. It is green, black, gold, and silver. I believe it is a 1/2 watt resister
R103A is a 27 ohm and R108A is a 470 ohm resister.I have no schematic.
