4 Other Users Have The Same Problem Comment by sound-less, posted on May 17, 2008 Just installed a Sony CDX-GT32W, the tuner works great but like the others the CD or Aux input show they are playing on the faceplate and EQ but no audio?

I tried numerous CD's,and reset the deck more than a few times with no affect.

I solved the problem on mine by talking to sony, they had me take the wire that is supposed to connect from the deck to an amplifier and connect it to the power antenna wire for the car. I taped off the wire from the deck that was marked Antenna and used the wire marked amp and it all worked??

I just installed a GT32W and the tuner works fines, but there is no sound coming from the cd. It plays through the Amp/subs but not through the speakers. I took one back to the store thinking it was broken, but the new is doing the same thing.
