Garmin Nuvi --Can't put state in for address (by 2 users)

When it prompts me to "Spell State", no matter what letter I push, it says "No matches found". It does'nt allow me to go any further than that point. I have done a factory default restore, but the problem still remains. HELP ME PLEASE!!! I love this thing and use it on a regular basis. ~Steve

GuruTurn on the unit and go to Settings
Then select Map
Then select Map Info
Verify that there is a check mark next to City Navigator North America NT
Then select Map
Then select Map Info
Verify that there is a check mark next to City Navigator North America NT
