What could be causing the front axillary fuse to keep blowing? Even bigger fuses blow.

fuses blow from over current( dead short) they are rated at lower than what is required so that the wire doesn't burn
If you keep putting in bigger fuses without fixing the dead short, eventually the wire will melt the plastic insulation off and the vehicle will burn

Keeps blowing auto shut down fuse as soon as key is turned on

Could be several things including one of the oxygen sensors, one of the injectors, the coils, or the engine computer.
You will probably need to get a shop manual to get all of the wiring diagrams connected with that circuit. And I would suggest you use a circuit breaker to check each one instead of fuses.
You'll have to disconnect each component until you find the short.

Mazda 626 ac fuse keeps blowing

Try unplugging the compressor then put in a new fuse. If the fuse does not blow, the problem may be the clutch on the compressor.

Fuse keeps blowing as soon as my 2000 Ultra is moved, this fuse control's, Brakes, horn, speeddo, cruze control, blinkers. there are NO bare wires under seat this I checked what next?

Check the wiring under the handlebar assembly that controls that side, sometimes if this is taken apart for mod, a wire get pinched under the assembly. Check both sides while your at it. I would put a fuse in and unplug all the connectors, with the bike on, start connecting the connectors back and the fuse should blow, then you know exactly which system your working with. Check ALL the wiring in that system, I bet its a pinched wire up in the handle bars.

Let me know what happens please.

I have a 02 electral glide ultra classic that keeps blowing the accessories fuse. as soon as i put a new 15 amp fuse in it blows. turn signals, brake lights and the spped odometer stop working.

In this case, you're going to need a wiring schematic to trouble shoot the problem. You'll have to disconnect the power lead to each device that the fuse provides power to. Then, replace the fuse and start reconnecting the devices one at the time. When you connect a device and the fuse blows, you have found the problem. I do not have schematics for bikes newer than 1999, I'm sorry.

Good Luck

Fuse keeps blowing

In my experience...if it blows the fuse as soon as you turn the key, under the flywheel, there is a stator that recharges the battery when the engine is running, remove the flywheel, in most cases the magnets under it are broken and are in direct contact with the stator. If that is the case, both must be replaced

Blows ignition fuse when key is turned on

Look for a grounded wire on the ignition switch or a break in the wiring leading to the fuse. Wiring system on motorcycles are a close system with only the battery being grounded to the frame. Any loose connections or breaks in the wires that will allow the current to jump to the frame with cause you tons of fun.
