Usb not functioning

I have a haier H30 notebook and all my usb ports stopped functioning one after the other. I tried uninstalling the drivers from the device manager then restarting to be reinstalled automatically, no luck. then i went to bios settiongs to check the usb settings, all seemed to be fine, just to make sure i loaded defaults and exited, still no luck. am beginning to think its a usb virus? i know it sounds absurd. pls i need some help fast. thanks eric.

Can you check if the device is working properly in the device manager. If there is any error.
