C5707 on 17" LCD DELL Monitor E173fp

I was able to find these transistors on www.bluestar-online.com, but only 2 out of 4 keep shorting out ( Q759 -Q760). Did anyone have the same problem and is there a solution?
Many thanks....

You really need to replace all 4 as well as the 2 FU9024 chips. The solder is also bad in the inverter area especially around the 4 transformer legs. Check here for Instruction videos as well as parts and repair kits for that model.

Hello, my Dell E173FP 17" LCD Monitor has a blinking power light and wont turn on.

It has shorted out transistors in the inverter circuits, check them out first, also check the fuse in the inverters section.
If you are going to DIY and have proper tools and know safety precaution then please read on:
Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply (they should be replaced in a set), blown fuses; poor solder joints, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed monitors to get some ideas what to look for: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums
Post back what you see inside so we can guide you further and it will help out other people in the future also.

When I connect the power to the monitor Dell E173FP 17, power bottom commence to turn on and off repeatedly...

Power LED is turning on and off because the power supply is in shutdown-restart mode becuase it sensing over current draw, it can be bad caps in power supply, shorted tramsistors (c5707) in the inverter circuits. See pictures: http://s807.photobucket.com/albums/yy352/budm/Dell%20E173FPb/
Check the fuse and the transistor out (check Emitter and Collector pin for short circuits)
