Question about Heating & Cooling
The ac works on 2 modes.One is F and other is C.F is fan mode and other C is compressor mode.Try running on F mode then check.If its still turning off automatically.If its already on F mode then try switching it on C mode and check.
Try holding down both up and down Temp arrows for 2-5 seconds.To turn from F to C or from C to F.
