Have you the right regional keyboard? Check your settings in control panel> regional and language settings. Also check system> hardware> device manager while your there to ensure you have the right driver installed.
If both are OK then it could be damaged keyboard for which you can plug in another keyboard and use that or use keytweak to remap your keyboard as it's not worth the money to replace the keyboard for one key.

Make sure all the updates are done on your tablet. If Google keyboard is showing as an app, try removing it. Then reinstall it.

Hello, My Samsung N150 has decided the following keys will act as a number pad (1-9). The only way to be able to input letters is if i hold down the FN at the same time. iop jkl bnm Please help me...

Your NumLk (number lock) may be on. When the NumLk is on a LED will be turned on.
To turn off the NumLk it is usually a combination of two keys, the Fn key + the ScrLk/NumLk key.

My blitz doesnt text

Try this. Touch Keypad simulates a wireless phone keypad on the touch screen to allow you to enter text, numbers, and symbols just as if you were using a wireless phone keypad. Touch Keyboard simulates a 20-key QWERTY (typewriter) keyboard on the touch screen to allow you to enter text, numbers, and symbols similar to the way you would using a QWERTY keyboard. To use Touch Keypad or Touch Keyboard:  In a program, tap the Input Selector arrow, and then tap Touch Keypad or Touch Keyboard. To type lowercase letters, tap the keys on the dial pad or keyboard. To type a single uppercase letter, tap the Shift key and then tap the corresponding key. To type all uppercase letters, tap the Shift key twice. To change back to all lowercase letters, tap again. To enter a space after the word, tap the Space key. To start a new line, tap the Enter key. To backspace and delete a single character in any input mode, press the Back key. To open the Symbol pad, tap the Symbol key. To change the input mode:  Tap the Input mode key to switch to a different input mode: XT9 (predictive), Multitap (abc), or Numeric (123).

Hope this helps, let me know if this works or if I can help you with anything else.
