The drawer that holds the cd's will not open. Where the cd screen is it changes to def.

Most DVD players come with an emergency eject option. First turn the player of for a while and then try ejecting again. If it still doesn't eject press and hold the eject button for 5-10 seconds. This will force the eject motor for about 5 seconds. If everything fails your Player's CD tray assembly (could be a faulty motor or the plastic support on which the tray slides is worn out). You will need to get the tray assembly replaced.

Let me know if you need more help.

CD Player won't work

Try pressing the eject and load buttons at the same time, with the car ignition in the ON position. You might have to hold both buttons for 15 to 30 seconds for this to work.

Good luck!

CD do not eject

I have the same prob with mine right now and thats why I came here was to find the manual.
