Question about HP Pavilion dv9000z Notebook
I have a Toshiba Laptop with vista home premium, it is only 6 months old. I have loaded call of duty 4 and it will not play. The message says - video card or driver doesn't support UBYTE4N Vertex data.
I have down loaded directx 9.0c and have enough all of the specs required to play the game. I have also checked id my video card driver is upto date and it says it is - can you help? i downloaded cod 4...it plays but it's slow...the reaction is very slow...what can i do to speed up the game?
Could try to add ram. laptops rarely have good video cards for gaming, and its prolly using system ram instead of dedicated video ram. If its using system ram, the reaction time will always be slower than if it had a suficient amount of dedicated video ram.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
