Hi,
The heating element of the steam cleaner is bad...the element is shorting out and causing it to shut off and now is getting hot, arcing, and causing the burning smell...

    Yeah,

How do u fix the burning on my Samsung washer, I heard something pop or break on it then the burning smell

doesn't sound good, is this an electric washer? if so run to the breaker and turn it off if it isn't tripped already!
if it is a gas dryer, run faster!!
once you have removed all the power from the source at the receptacle it will be safe to begin looking for what caused the initial action you referenced.

Electrical burnt smell

If you had a short in the starter motor windings and held the key, you'd get a click and a burning smell. That would be the insulation burning off the electrical windings. There's a 40-amp max fuse in this circuit.

My son put foil on the tip of a light bulb and screwed it into the socket well when he turn the light on i heard a loud pop. the dimmer swtich looks ans smell burnt how can i fix this?

If your dimmer smells burned, it probably is.
As general rule, there are no repair parts for in-wall electrical devices since they are contained inside sealed plastic shell to prevent fires.
The burning smell was high heat and melting that would have caused a fire if in-wall electrical devices were sold without safeguards.
Replace dimmer.
Be sure to check watt rating on side of old and new dimmers to match correct load rating.
Take out of son's allowance, and make the future electrical genius help read small print on instructions and install new device.
Turn power off to replace device.
Use non-contact voltage tester to check that power is off.

During self-cleaning cycle we heard a loud pop and it tripped the breaker. Oven and stovetop (ceremic) still work but we smell the same smell from that cleaning cycle like electrical burning? Is there any...

If any appliance trippes the breaker there is a problem that has to be looked into, no appliance should trip MCBs or RCBs (trips), ISOLATE THE MAINS POWER BEFORE REMOVING ANY PANELS
A visual inspection of the rear is required, also the electrical mains connections. Look into this do not use the appliance until you have resolved the problem, it may turn out an amount of food had been stuck beside one of the heating elements, and causing a smell, better to be safe.
Let me know if you require any further assistance.

Heard a pop and then an electrical smell. Unit is working but a faint electrical smell occurs each time unit used. Should I continue using it? It is built in with a trim kit.

No that is a very dangerous situation. What is sounds like is you had a short that blew apart but not completely damaging the wires. You should unplug, and open it if its out of warranty and inspect the wires. If the wires are partially burned it can heat up and cause an electrical fire.

Turned on tv no picture only sound then i heard a pop and smelled burning tv turned itself off. 5 min tried turning on tv again nothing happened tv does not turn on at this time

Your RCA TV needs serious troubleshooting. Burning smell is from HV transformer or resistors smoking.

Most likely power supply and/or high voltage circuit or convergence circuit. Many times RCA have multiple or secondary faults that occur with HV or convergence failure.

Repair of RCA HV or convergence usually requires exact manufacturer parts and upgrades or repair in power supply. I would not advise trying this repair without manufacturer support for correct part numbers and service bulletins.

Loud noices when running, some burned rubber smell

The only rubber part is the belt that drives the drum around. The belt rides on a tensioner which has a pulley on it with a bearing built into it. When the bearing goes bad the pulley will not turn freely causing the belt to get hot and smell. Its time for a new pully and bearing assembly for your dryer

TURNS ON AND OFF IMMEDIATELY . HEARD POPPING AND SMELLED ELECTRICAL BURN BEFORE 1ST TIME

More than likely a burned power supply. The acrid smell is a giveaway for high powered components failing. If it were a conventional CRT type screen, I would suspect the flyback transformer, but LED/LCD type screens will eat a power supply if it has the slightest defect in manufacturing.
