If your Separator is broken, then this will allow water to go up through the motor and out the exhaust. The HEPA Filter Neutralizer 2nd Edition for eSERIES is at the end of the air bath of exhaust so this will be soaked with water. If that does not fix, call us with your Rainbow in front of you for some troubleshooting... Contact Us

Your Rainbow E series has lost suction power, because you need a new hepa filter, ot your water basin gasket is messed up, or the center motor gasket is messed up or out of position.
Make sure your water basin is not cracked or broken, also.
If you have any more questions let me know. I am a Rainbow seller, and a Rainbow expert also.
Hello. I am sorry but, if you don't already have the knowledge to do this, I would strongly reccomend you do not attempt it. Rainbows have a large wiring harness. Here's the main reason: Rainbow vacuums are designed to work with a water filter. If you wire the vacuum wrong, or, if one of the connections come loose, it could mean a possible injury to yourself or damage to the unit, which I know you paid good money for. This repair should only be handled by a qualified vacuum service tech. Thank you.
Reasons for that to happen: a) You have tilted the vac while vacuuming b) Used the Rainbow without separator (basket like thing on the bottom of the motor) c) Overfilled the rainbow tank with water (may have happened when shampooing with AquaMate)
Clean and install back the separator, remove HEPA, Set the Rainbow on empty water pan (with HEPA removed) turn it on for a while so everything will dry. Install new HEPA.
You will have to get a new HEPA filter (you can find them HERE)
Some of the e-series has a corrugated filter in the top section. To get to it, remove the clear plastic panels that are the sides. Most have 3 screws on each side to move, then the top half will come loose. There also is filter on the back, there is a door to remove to get to it.
i have never used my rainbow shampooer and have had it 2 or 3 years it is not working it will **** up water but will not spray water or shampoo what do i do?
