1st.. you do not say what motherboard it is you have.
2nd.. Installing a motherboard is not too difficult, but it is not something to attempt without instructions if you are not competent building pc's.

If you dont have your manual, you will be able to download it free from your makers support page.

there is next to no documentation for this board, it seems to be from a HP Compaq pc, so there is probably no seperate manual to install the motheboard.
The Motherboard should have its Power socket close to the CPU socket.
This is probably a 4 pin connector.
The other connections to the front of the case for power/reset/led etc are at the other end of the board, usually close to the southbridge chip and cmos battery.
This is qall the support i could findhttp://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/Tec...

How do I connect the front panel speaker and microphone jacks to a FIC VI13L motherboard? There are a total of 5 wires: Spk L, Spk R, M IN, M BIAS, and GND.

Hello try to download the manual from here:

http://www.fic.com.tw/support/motherboard/motherboard.aspx?model_id=109

The manual will show you how to connect the wires.
Or visit INTEL here:

http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/cs-015851.htm

You probably need the AC97 configuration, Not the HDAUDIO
If you connect it wrong you will burn the sound chip !!!!!!!

Best of luck

Hello! my problem is that my two USB ports is blown. Now I want to connect more USB port on the motherboard via cable, but none matches the port that the USB or sb_link, jp1... Can you tell me which port...

You will need to get a usb expansion card. These can be found at Best Buy, Newegg.com, tigerdirect.com, pc-connection.com etc...

Some manufactures ship with newer motherboards a usb expansion slot using the motherboard jumper configuration but your motherboard must first be able to support this type of expansion.

I recommend the pci usb expansion. They plug into your PCI slot and give you 2-4 extra USB slots in the back of your computer.

NVIDIA nForce 790i Ultra SLI on Inspiron 1750

no, it wont. Dell notebooks have proprietary components and configurations, and using another motherboard will not work, it wont fit, it wont interface with the connections, and it wont make you happy. If you want to get a gaming machine, buy an alienware device, or, (if you wanna get out a little cheaper) go to the Dell outlet, and get a refurbished Dell Studio XP. you can get one with a 2200 64 bit dual core CPU, 4 gigs ram, and 320 gig hdd for about $620 after fees etc.

Who to overclocke my motherboard'z FSB or my processor?

Hello.
It is not save for your system making it work faster by overclocking it.
Some times it works fine just using the right cooling methods, but some times its leads to system freezes, crashes and even to permanent processor damage.
So i advice you to keep that in mind.

If you want to proceed anyway.
- In newest computers you will find an option to set the processor speed to automatic( system recognize the cpu speed) or manually, in the last one you hve to set the RATIO( Processor speed divided by FSB speed), this means:
- The FSB of your P3 Motherbord (133 Mhz) x 7.5(ratio)= 1Ghz
- In older motherboards the speed option is set using jumpers
configuration in the Board, inthat case you will have to use the motherboard manual( some boards have printed tables) to show you the config.
Note: if your motherboard doesn't show you the RATIO you need is because it doesn't support that speed.

Good look.
