Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Car started engine light on noticed gearbox slipping thn it cut out n whn i try and start it makes a clicking sound will it be the starter motor? And trans oil low

Could be the alternator. If the alternator is bad, you run the car off battery power, which drains. When it gets to a low point, many different things in the drive train can happen. To include the transmission slip. The starter clicks because the battery is low.. Not being charged up by the alternator.

Hanged

Did you update the firmware? If you tried all of my methods AND you updated the firmware, and it's still hanging up, then the player is done - call Philips and find out if you are still in-warranty.
