Question about Sony NW-HD5 MP3 Player
I recently sent my NW-HD5 for repaire, had a problem with the LCD screen. I made a backup of the OMGAUDIO file and saved it on to my computer as I knew Sony service will have to reset the HDD of my player. I now have my NW-HD5 back and with a fully operational LCD screen, the problem I am having now is that when I replace the backup copy of the OMGAUDIO file back into the NW-HD5 it doesn't play the music, although I am able to see song info and tracks. Is there anything that I maybe doing wrong? If so, could someone please be of assistance, It would be much appreciated
Sounds like a sound issue. i would send it back to SONY and demand that they either, give you a full written explanation of how to fix, or fix it themselves. (they wouldn't be bothered to write it out...)

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
