Sorry, but you won't find one in the public domain. The lens is a current model and the information you need is strictly copyright and supplied only to Nikon Authorised Repair centres.

As it's a budget lens model it's not really been designed with repairs in mind anyway. Nikon repair centres will often simply exchange it for all but the simplest of faults if there's a warranty claim as labour and parts costs for more serious faults exceed the cost of a replacement lens. So you're on your own with this one, but if it's the usual broken plastic lens mount then it's a fairly straightforward repair as long as you're methodical and use the right tools. Obtaining the spare mounting can be difficult though outside of the official supply chain.

Please take a moment to rate my answer, and in doing so please bear in mind that I'm not responsible for Nikon's decision to strictly control the availability of the information you asked for.

Clean inside lens fungus

Whatever you do, do not open the lens. You will never be able to reassemble it. If the fungus is adversely affecting your images, you need to take it to a qualified camera repair man or send it to a Nikon repair depot found on the Nikon website. If it is not affecting your pictures, I would just live with it.

On a new Nikon 18-55mm AF-S DX Zoom - Nikkor f/3.5-5.6 lens and a Nikon 55-200 mm AF-S DX Zoom f/4.56 lens is VR also included and standard?

Nikon currently lists two 18-55 AF-S DX and two 55-200 AF-S DX lenses. One in each pair has vibration reduction, the other does not. The ones with VR in the name have it, otherwise it doesn't.

VR isn't exactly an option. If it wasn't built into the lens initially, you can't add it later. A lens either has it or it doesn't, though if a lens has VR it can be switched off.

Is there a way i can remove debris from the inside of my lens?

Unfortunately not. If you take apart the lens without the proper tools and in a sterile environment, you will ruin the lens. There should be nothing in there that affects the operation of the lens, if there is then you need to send it back to the manufacturer.

Nikon D50 with Nikon DX 18-55 lens will not focus

Sorry to hear about your lens. If you are able to autofocus and take pictures with any other lens, then it means that your problem lies with the kit lens. If you can take picture in manual mode, but not in autofocus mode, then the AF motor in the lens in not functioning. I had the same thing happen to my 50mm 1.4 lens.

Depending on your location, there are Nikon repair centers in Melville, NY and Torrance, CA.
Hope this helps,

Dropped camera: aperture ring will not turn

If you take it apart, you will have to realign it perfectly, and then have it calibrated with special software. Your best bet is to Try sending it to PhotoTech Repair Service in NYC. They are Nikon authorized, and can do the repair under warranty if you still have it. Also if you join they're facebook page, they will give you a 10% discount.
Here is the facebook page link, it has everything you need to send it in.
