No subwoofer output

Just purchased JVC RX-8020V, & have no output from sub. This sub works with my other system, so I know the sub is not the problem. Everything else seems to be working on the receiver, but I thought maybe I am missing something in the setup.

Yes, the sub is activated in the setup, & I have the level adjusted to +6. Any more suggestions?
