Kohler santa rosa fills, shuts off, a little water leaks from tank, toilet refills and repeats the leakage into the drain.

There is a rubber seal at the bottom of the flush valve that covers the openning at the bottom of the tank. If this rubber seal has perished slightly then it will leak water into the toilet bowl. This rubber seal need to be replaced to form a proper seal to prevent water leak.

so many things that can leak really need to get inside of it to see where its coming from. if there is a kick plate you can do this. if not then the best thing to do is take the back loose and see if you can spot a hole in a hose perhaps.

Water is pouring out of the bottom part of the washer door.

If your Whirlpool FRONT LOADER is leaking, the following link can give you guidance on how to inspect the washer to determine where the source of the leak may be coming from:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3576656-washer_leak__front_loader

Most commonly, the source of the leak comes from the door bellow (gray rubber seal). They do wear out with age and can develop small rips and tears. A routine inspection of the perimeter of the door seal can determine if you have any holes. If the seal is damaged, it must be replaced. The following link explains how:

The manufacturer recommends that you leave the washer door open between washes to prevent the seal from becoming permanently stretched. Once the seal stays compressed constantly it can stretch and not seal properly. In addition, leaving the door open helpd let the wash tub air out and prevent mold, mildew and musty odors.

Replacement parts (if required) can be purchased at any of the following web sites:

High oitch noise during wash

As motor bearings wear out, they can become quite loud when the motor runs. They wear out quickly if they frequently get wet, because the water washes away the motor bearing grease. Bearings can get wet if the spin seal is defective. Then there will also be water leaking onto the floor beneath the dishwasher. Replace the seal if it leaks (read about the main tub seal in the "It leaks" section, later). If, from beneath the dishwasher, you can see a round, plastic disc that's mounted to the top of the motor (a "slinger"), it may have broken free of the motor shaft. If so, it could be rattling around the shaft while the motor is running. If that's the problem, you need to replace the motor.
If the heater fan bearings are rusted or worn, they may squeal, or scrape loudly during the drying cycle. If this is the problem, replace the fan motor. Alternatively, the fan blade may be loose. If so, you need to replace it.

I have two problems. Water leaking and not pumping.

HI
The first thing I would check is that there is nothing under the water tank or in the seal area that might be keeping the tank from sealing. Check in the slots that legs of the tank set on on the machine. If a bean gets in there it holds the tank up and the machine can't get water. That will prevent the pump from priming.
You could have a bad seal if you are not descaling enough. Easy to replace. There is a seal on top of the machine under the water tank. To get to it, remove the water tank, and set aside. There is a large doughnut shaped cap on top of the machine. Slip a screwdriver on the outside edge of the cap and pry up gently. When it snaps up, go to the other side of the cap and do the same. There is a black seal in the center and if you stick your finger in the center and it lifts out, it need to be replaced. Clean any residue inside the opening with a Q-tip.
When you get the new seal, it won’t slip in. Insert it at a slight angle (double lips down), then take your finger nail and run it around the bottom edge of the seal until it slips in, then push down. Snap the cap back on and your set to go.

You could have a plugged steam tip. Easy to clean, just run a paper clip up the tip.
