Panasonic CT-27G14A Panasonic CT-27G14 A has raster but no picture and no sound and when u install a dvd player in the video input u get snowy picture with no sound

Two things you can do:

GOOGLE THE NUMBER OR MODEL OF THE REMOTE AND LOOK FOR THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROGRAMMING IT.

GOOGLE THE MODEL NUMBER ON THE REAR OF THE TV WITH THE WORD REMOTE AFTER IT FOR A DIRECT REPLACEMENT.

Sorry,u must have it orignal codes,there noway to unlock secrect personal codes.U push the channels + or - buttons manual controls couples times.Might get in the tv input.Hook up,use it with DVD player can watch DVD Disc thought.Sorry, you probally only can watch shows rated Y for children only.

firt try with your cellular, put your cellular in camera and put your remote control in front of your cellular and press one botton, if you see a blincking ligth, your control is good and your IR sensor in the tv is bad.

Make sure that your tv is on the av setting(or hdmi what ever the input is) also make sure the input is working by testing it with another device (dvd player,etc) If you are getting snowy picture you could be on the analogue tv channel. Good luck.

Maybe the vertical IC output are damaged you need to replace him

check Vertical IC out (LA78..) and resistor voltage supply from flyback transformer to this ic. Check the STR main power supply(and resistor near, change value), some times seems good out main board,but in operation not good

1 click SETUP(left just below the four arrow w/ enter button in the middle)
2 click DISPLAY
set tv system to AUTO
tv image to 16:9 WIDESCREEN
video setup (depend on the connection)
s video or RGB

On a Panasonic to do a factory reset while the set is on press in on the power and action buttons on the front of the TV at the same time. In a few seconds the screen shouls go blank and come up with a screen that says "CHK" in the upper left hand corner. Once it does that press the action button again to clear the screen. You have now reset the TV to factory settings and will have to re-program the channel memory once again. Hope that works...
