Samsung LCD HDTV

Hi-
I purchased the TV approx. 2 weeks ago and have experienced picture freeze and pixelated picture on both regular and HD channels. Is this usually a cable problem or a problem with the TV?
Also, if I do need to return the TV within the next couple of weeks, will I need original box/packaging or will Best Buy pick up and replace TV as-is?
