When i zoom my cam in and out, it became blurder.

On a webcam, you will generally find that they don't have the optical zoom that you would find on a compact digital, or SLR camer. in most cases, the zoom that you have is digital zoom, this just increases the size of parts the image being fed to the computer, and will often become blurred after a certain point. the best advice would be to move closer to the cam, or to buy a camera with higher resolution...generally 5MP should be more than enough.
the other thing you should try first, is to check that the camera isn't out of focus by looking for a ring around the lens, on some models there will be an adjustable focus, if this is the case, rotate the ring until a desirable image is shown.

Nikon D5000, when I try to take a picture everything is blurred and of course as a result the picture is as well.

Hi, the focus indicator LED lights, and some part of the scene is in focus, but not the object of your photo (af afs central area).
This is perhaps a back focus problem and needs service from Nikon to make the correction.

How to blur the background in picture taking?

Get another camera :-(

You want to reduce the depth-of-field so that the subject is in focus while the foreground and background are out of focus and blurred. Depth of field (DoF) is dependent on three factors: distance, lens aperture, and lens focal length.

The farther the subject, the deeper the DoF. If you take a picture of a distant mountain peak, the mountain behind that and sunlit the clouds on the horizon will also be in focus. If you get close enough to a flower, you might get the front petals in focus while the petals in the back might blur.

The smaller the lens aperture, the deeper the DoF. Landscape mode, for example, will try to use a smaller aperture in order to get everything in focus while portrait mode will try to use a larger aperture in order to blur the background.

The shorter the lens focal length, the deeper the DoF. This is the killer. Due to the small size of the image sensor, the EX-Z750 has a very short lens: 7.9mm to 23.7mm. Even at the telephoto end of the range, 23.7mm would be considered very wide by film photograpers. A 24mm lens would give film photographers a sharp shot from foreground to horizon and, unfortunately, you're seeing that as well.

Note that the DoF is dependent on the actual focal length, not the 35mm equivalent you may have read about. This is a law of physics, not something that lens designers can easily alter.

I have a Mitsubishi RPTV. Everything looks fine except for the blue colors look blurred. I have tried software convergence but the blue still looks blurred and strange. What can I do?

ADJUST THE ELECTRICAL FOCUS. AND THERE IS A MECHANICAL FOCUS ALSO. SET THE ELECTRICAL FOCUS BY LOOKING DIRECTLY INTO THE TUBE AND ADJUST IT SO THE TUBE SURFACE IMAGE IS SHARPEST. THEN LOOKING AT THE REAR OF THE SCREEN ADJUST THE MECHANICAL FOCUS, ON THE LENS UNTIL IT IS SHARPEST. ALSO IT MIGHT NEED A CLEANING OF LENS&MIRROR. DIRT AFFECTS BLUE LIGHT FIRST.

Picture on viewfinder is blurred Everything in my viewfinder is blurred, even the numbers and stuff in there. The picture I take isn't blurred.

I think your camera has a diopter adjustment. If it does, it'll be located on the right side of the eyepiece. It's a small wheel with a + and -. Adjust that until the image is clear.

It's possible that it is in need of cleaning. If you plan to remove the focusing screen, be exceptionally careful not to scratch it. Has it been subjected to extreme moisture conditions?

Try resetting the camera. If that doesn't work then it is a repair issue.

In picture taking mode press menu
go to setup
go up to reset
press right arrow
highlight reset
press set

If that doesn't work then send it into repairs and they will send you an estimate on what it would cost to fix it. Give them a call at 800-706-2534 option 2.
