Garmin 350 card slot not holding card

I went to insert an sd card in my garmin 350 and the slot didn't hold the card. I tried flipping the card but still didn't hold. Any ideas?

Sorry but I've pushed the card beyond the surface of the case and the holder doese not click and engage it. Any other suggestions?

WizIf you push it in all the way you'll here a click that it locks into place, usually a bit sub surface of the case, you do the same to remove it.
