My blackberry has a message 'Device errr77 reset'
I have tried the SIM on other phone devices and it works so I am assuming it must be the device.
How can I reset the device?

Guideto reset your device you have 2 ways
1st you haveto pulse with a pen head into the narrow hole that is on the inside of the back of your pda.
2nd you should re install the blackberry system for your pda!
it would work! good luck!
