Baldurs Gate Tales of the Sword Coast PC game

bought 4 in 1 boxset able to play 1st & 3rd game but can't play 2nd -Tales of the sword coast- because it say's i have wrong version! i get message telling me i have version which can only be played in America or Canada even though i bought in Glasgow!
