First use another sim and try again ,then the problem was again continuing re- install the software .it will reset your phone code to 12345

Its SIM problem.tray to ask PUK to provider SIM you used.use an other SIM with a same provider were blocked to call the call center. Or may be you can use your friend ponsell with the same provider, don't worry its free of charge.

Hi, the only way to fix a phone displaying restriction code is to unlock the phone, cause where you are the phone does not have the ability to work in that particular area you are. So when you unlock the phone , it will work.
Phones with restriction codes are encoded to work in a particular area even when you get to another country it will not work except you remove code. By unlocking the code.
