Hi Josh, Try disconnecting the usb connections to the PC. Uninstall the printers software and reboot your computer. Turn off the printer and then on again. Insert the installations disk into your computer.Follow the installation instructions and connect the printer only when prompted by the installation setup to do so.

Please check that your printer has paper, has no paper jams and is currently set on the ‘use printer online’ settings by right clicking property and then setting it from there. Also please check that you have selected the correct default printer and drivers in the printer options. If there is any paper jams clear it. You can also check the few things like--- Please check that both ends of the cable which connects the printer to the computer are connected properly. To print a test page right click on printer properties and then click the 'Print Test Page' button and see if you get a test page printed properly. If you do, this indicates that the printer is properly connected to the computer and the computer has the drivers installed.

I was using the printer, wanted to change to a color ink cartridge. Upon changing, the printer made some weird sounds then didnt print. Changed back to original black ink cartridge and still wont work...Ive done everything that I can find to eliminate the problem but still wont print. Any help would be GREAT Thanks
Remove the USB cable from laptop, reboot the laptop. Turn off the printer and turn it back on. Once you are in windows, plug the USB cable back in. Sometimes the machine will lose it's connection. By doing the above steps will renew the connection. ope that helps.
U first install the printer software which is given by the printers and install it. after that u connect the usb port it will automatically ask you whether u connect and let u install the driver for it
