Question about HP Internet Keyboard
Keyboard does not work and cannot install updates or do anything apart from use the mouse!
Hello. If your laptop model is TX-something (convertible screen), do remove battery + powercable. Wait. Start your laptop. If this does not work, you may wish to reset bios.
Keep looking for BIOS update, because problem will repeat until HP address the issue.

If you've tried the software restore it still won't respond iwould assume there is a hardware issue with your keyboard. It could be just a connection issue. Ifyou're out of warranty, somebody has to open the Laptop and either reconnect properly or replace thepart. The part is available on ebay. Here's a guide on how to disassemble a Laptop. Maybe a tech savy friend can do it for you. If you want to pay to have somebody do it for you there are third party Laptop Repair Services.
