Question about Panasonic CT-34WX52 34" TV
I just got a Panasonic CT-34WX52 from a guy who didn't want to mess with it, so I figured I give it a shot. When I plug the TV in, I can hit the power button, the little red power light comes on, then about a five or so seconds later, there is a squeal, a click, and the little light goes off. I pulled the back off, to see what I could see, and I see that there is a little red light back there, and it was flashing six times, then stopping, then repeating, I assume this is possibly a code for what's wrong, but I don't have a guide to tell me what the code could be. Any thoughts/guidance would be appreciated.

This is usually down to a safety feature cutting out the Television from harming itself. Or quite possibly a fault that make it turn itself off - it may well be thinking it's receiving the command to turn itself off. Either way, it's impossible to find out without opening it up. A professional repair is the only way, check up on your warranty. You may want to plug it into a different power source, just on the off-chance that it may solve your problem - but don't get your hopes up.
