Thermostate kicks pump motor on ok. but when its time for the fan motor, all you here is a loud humming then the breaker blows

check for a failed start/run capacitor for the motor
if the motor spins freely then the humming will be a frequency hum because there is not enough power to start the fan running
the extra current will blow a cb

have an electrician check the start/run capacitor for the motor
it may be faulty and the motor will not start properly and will blow the overload breaker

Washing machine willnot wash, rinse, agitate,or spin when I slect the options it will only buzz and then awitch off like a breaker kicks out.

it probably has a start / run capacitor on the motor that has failed and the overload /thermo coupler trips out
have a technician check it out.

My washer keeps popping new circuit

You havent given details when the breaker pops. Is it right away, in wash cycle, spin cycle or drain? If it pops right away, there has to be a short circuit, but it fills water up then as soon as the motor starts n it pops, it could be motor. If blows during spin, definately motor drawing too much current. Then it could be the breaker that is weak/faulty. The breaker if not faulty it will pop if the current drawn by the motor exceeds it's rating or there is a short.

Heaqt willnot work

The list of suspects usually invovles the heating element, the limit mounted on the heating element, the circuit breaker. The motor is a 120 volt one but the heater needs 240 volts. If the breaker is partially tripped the dryer could run but havee no heat. If the dryer cord id partially out of the recepticle the heat will not work. Make sure the dryer is getting 240 volts. Washer keeps blowing fuses

Do you mean the houses circuit breaker? If so, WHEN in the cycle does it blow the circuit breaker? WHEN it trips will tell you what to look at. I.E. If the circuit breaker trips during the fill cycle then it would be the walter inlet valve or the timer in the control panel; if it trips as soon as it is in the agitator cycle - then the motor or transmission; if it trips in the spin cycle - then the drain pump or transmission or control panel.

Just replace compressor keep tripping circuit breaker

Shut the power off to the unit, spin the fan blade to see if it spins freely. If it doesn't spin freely, (there appears to be a little drag when you spin it),the bearings are bad, if it does spin freely, then try moving the motor shaft from side to side if there’s any play in the shaft side to side then the bearings are worn and motor needs replaced. Then, check the capacitor, if it’s bulging even slightly, the capacitor is bad and needs replaced. Most of the time people replace the capacitor if motor seems ok. If capacitor is ok, turn power on to see if the motor is getting the proper voltage, if it is and not trying to run, then the windings are probably open, the motor's bad and needs replaced.
The fan motor could have been your problem all the time, because if the fan doesn't come on or runs slow, it causes high head pressure,
which causes high amps, which could trip your breakers.

My washer does not spin.

Check the drive coupling. Part number is 80040. This item connects the drive motor to the transmission. If broken, you will hear the motor running but the machne willnot do anything else but drain....
