I've just purchased the above, insert the driver CD to execute setup.exe but there is no icon called setup.exe

I am operating Windows XP and when the CD is installed is says "Driver for Win98". If I open this file, I am given the following options:-

StMp3Rec (Setup Information - Notepad)
StMp3Rec (System file - Unknown application)
StMp3Recnt (Security Catalog - Crypto Shell Extension)
StUms (Security Catalog - Crypto Shell Extension)
StUms (Setup Information - Notepad)
StUms (System file - Unknown application)
StUmsPdr (Security Catalog - Crypto Shell Extension)
StUmsPdr.pdr (PDR file - Unknown application)

How can I execute Setup?
