I have a canon pixma 780. It was working fine then I had a paper jam and message "Cartridge jammed" I removed paper with no difficulty-piece was not torn.Now it will not print at all Paper feeds through but no printing in any colour
Dear team2, Code 5200 indicates 'Ink cartridge temperature rise' error occurs. This error commonly happens when cleaning operation is performed. First, please check if there is enough ink in ink tanks. Cleaning with empty ink tank may cause this problem. If you are sure that you have enough ink in ink tanks means that the print head of the printer is faulty and need replacement. Hope this will be useful for you. Please rate me as Fixya. Regards
1 - Turn on the printer
2 - press MENù SCAN COPY SCAN (it will enter in service mode)
3 - select TEST MODE
4 - Select PRINTER TEST in TEST MODE
5 - Select EPROOM CLEAR
6 - Select INK COUNT
7 - Press OK
8 - Press the STOP/RESET key and then press the ON/OFF key
9 - Change the waste ink absorber in the printer
