Question about Nokia 6111 Cellular Phone

1 Answer

Camera's flash light stays on

I have tried resetting the phone to factory default, removed the battery and attempted to turn the flash off in the camera's options menu. What else can I do? The light just stays on and of course runs the battery down.

Thanks (",)

Unlock my htc is not working

After 10 attempts it may ask you for your Google address and password. Otherwise, you'll have to do a factory reset which restores the phone to it's original settings and you'll lose your data.

"With the phone turned off, press and hold the HOME and BACK buttons, and then briefly press the POWER button.

Note:
If you are not sure whether your phone's power is turned off, remove and then reinsert the battery.

After the phone is restored to its factory default settings, press MENU to reset it."

Mwhen the phone will open then automatically camera turn on.why?????

It is possible that the phone needs a reset to default settings. So open, menu> settings> restore factory settings and type 12345.Also remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Copy only valid files to the card and do a scan before it is replaced. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone.

The phone must reset to the default settings.

Thank You for using Fixya

Left my HTC Wildfire on charge overnight. Now I can't get it to work. Screen is blank and the green light is on. I have tried turning the power offf but it won't respond? Can't find how to get the back off...

Hi

To remove the back cover

With the phone turned off, hold your phone securely with the front facing down.
With your thumb or finger, lift the back cover off from the small opening (above the camera) on the top of your phone.

You may need to perform a factory reset if this doesn't work, however a factory reset is not a step to be taken lightly. It will permanently delete all your data (including any contacts stored on the phone and customized settings, and will also remove any applications you've downloaded and installed.

To do the factory reset
  1. With the phone turned off, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then briefly press the POWER button. Note: If you are not sure whether your phone's power is turned off, remove and then reinsert the battery.
  2. Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release the VOLUME DOWN button.
  3. Press VOLUME DOWN to select CLEAR STORAGE, and then press POWER.
  4. Press VOLUME UP to start the factory reset.
Hope all this helps

My LG kf750 secret wont start up, wont turn on. It

You could try to hard reset your device, in an attempt to sort your problems out. Be warned that a hard reset will set everything on your phone to their factory defaults, for what you'll loose all the programs you have installed, as well as your personal data. Anyway, to perform a hard reset, turn your phone off completely, by pressing and holding the power button, and, then, answering to the power off prompt. Then, press and hold the Volume Down, the Call, and the Power buttons, until the LED (at the side of the camera) flashes. Release the buttons. That LED should flash in green/red/blue now. When your device powers up, it should be completely cleared.

Hope it works for you, since this is completely theoretical. I have never done it myself.
Regards,
Carlos

Phone automatically goin to camera mode...kindly help

Your phone is likely malfunctioning because of firmware problem, but first of all try your best to go to the settings, and restore the settings to default (factory reset) or try typing this code on the screen *#7708# or reset it using flashing software.. Next you can try to put it on after removing both sim card and memory card. Good luck..

Light next to camera lense won't shut off.

This light is the flash for the camera. I would first try to go into Get it Now, then (2) Get Pix & Flix, Then (6) Take Pix, then options - (3) Flash and turn off. If this does turn it off then do same steps and turn Flash on (if you want flash for your pictures. Otherwise leave off.

If this does not work remove the battery for a minute or 2 and then reinstall the battery and see if this resets the flash.

Phone stuck on Camera

The phone has frozen. you may need to reset the software to get it running again. But you might loose your data if you flash the phone. I hope you don't have a problem with the screen. sometimes too, when the memory space is filled up, it freezes up. Take out the battery for some hours and try again. if it does not resume, then you may have to flash the phone to reset it to factory setting. Cheers!

Camera light stays on samsung g600. tried everything, settings, left battery out. helpppp

I recently had this problem too. It started when i first tried the flash settings on the camera. I woke up the next day, turned my phone on and the light wouldn't turn off.

I discovered that by cycling through each flash option (always on, auto and always off) and taking a photo on each setting would sometimes turn the light off for a few moments before the phone crashed and had to be restarted.

Whilst showing this to a friend last night somehow the light went off and the phone didn't freeze (this might be because i had reset the phone to it's factory settings earlier in the day). The light is now off permanently, although i'm hesitant to use the flash again for fear of causing the whole problem again!
