You can try to stop the process mid-print. That way if the paper is un-wrinkled before it hits the fuser, then it must be the fuser causing your problem.
The PN for the fuser is FG6-3720-000 and sells new for about $175

Copies come out severely wrinkled. What is causing this?

If the "wrinkles" are wavy or bubbly in nature then it's likely the fuser. If the "wrinkles" are making bends in the paper then it's likely there is some debris in the paper path or it is catching upon exit.

Wrinkled copies

Fuser unit is about the only thing in this model of printer that WILL cause wrinkling/creasing of the paper. So most likely, yes you are going to need to replace the fusing assembly.

FIRST printed page is quite wrinkled, the rest are fine

Hello sir;Try to print one page, when the paper process half way then stop the machine, remove the cartridge, check the paper is wrinkling, if yes ,that's meanspaper feed roller dirty or registration roller slipply, ortherwise, check the fusing unit, need to replace presure roller. The 2nd issue, you need to replace paper stop roller or rubber pad.

I keep getting error codes

E001 usually means an over-temperature problem. Maybe a fragment of paper is jammed between the upper fuser roller and one of the thermal sensors, or maybe one of the thermal sensors is not contacting the fuser roller correctly. Either of these could also account for your copies coming out wrinkled.

Black Spots all over my copies

There are lots of things that can cause this. Inspect the fuser assembly & verify that there isn't any teflon missing from the upper roller & that the lower roller is clean. The spots can also be caused by a build up of waste toner in the cleaning assembly, causing excess toner to be dropped on the copies as they pass under it. The cleaning assembly would need to be removed & cleaned to correct this. The spots are not always in the same place - but are they the same pattern? A worn drum assembly can cause spots that are usually a repeating pattern but located in different parts of multiple copies. Dirty corona wires can also cause random spots & rewiring the coronas would solve that.
