Printer is unable to print (by 7 users)

When I use the printer, it keeps showing me the following message: Unable to Clean. The printer is a Brother DCP 110c. Some whom I have asked have suggested washing the ink absorber. What should I do? Please help me.

Won't print. Just keeps say unable to clean and check book which I have misplaced.

My printer is saying 'UNABLE TO PRINT, SEE TROUBLESHOOTING AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE CHAPTER IN USER'S GUIDE.
But!!! there is nothing in the quide about this problem!
I have checked for paper jams, but cant see anything.
Please help me before i chuck the thing out the window.

The printer is saying its unable to clean. Its also saying to look in the User's Guide under the Troubleshooting and Maintenance Chapter. I have missed placed manual book. Can you help me.
