Don't worry you can solve this problem yourself by just following the below steps.
First click on start Go to control panel Then look for "Date,Time, Language, and Regional Options" in th control panel Click on the key boards and languages tab and make sure that language is selected as "United States" (English) Click on apply and then OK
Your problem will be fixed then
