Question about Cameras
Hi,
The drivers required to connect digital cameras through the USB port are included in the Windows XP operating system. So, no drivers are necessary to download or view the images on the PC.
Also, the manufacturer does not provide any drivers for this camera.
Since you are unable to connect the camera directly to your computer, you can download pictures from your camera to your computer by using a memory card reader
(You can use your computer's built-in memory card reader, if it has one, or you can purchase an external memory card reader as shown in the attached image).
To do this, kindly remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into a card reader. Then connect the memory card reader to the USB port of the computer.
Now, the memory card will be shown as a "Removable disk" in "My Computer". You can then browse the images and copy the images to your computer.
Hope this solves your problem. Thanks for using FixYa.
