Yes , often times when electrical components are going bad , they start work until they hit a certain temperature then they quit. Most common items that quit with heat are pulsar pick-up coils , charge coils in the stator, CDI boxes, and ignition coils. Everything can be tested with a voltage meter accept the CDI box. The CDI box can test good and still be bad. You have to eliminate everything else first.

I have a 92 s10 blazer won't stay running I have replaced plugs wires distributor capcomputer moduleand nothing helped as soon as it warms up just a little bit it will start spitting and then die help...

Check the throttle position sensor. The fuel injector used for the choke is the only thing keeping the engine running. As soon as the engine warms up, the computer shuts off the injector causing the engine to starve.

Farmall carb problem

Are you sure its carb related? I would check compression when unit is cold, then check compression when unit is warmed up (right after unit dies), check for variance and compare to spec. Also, I would have a spark tester inline and visually check this as unit dies. Does unit loose spark before engine dies? This procedure should help you narrow down the problem to make sure its carb related or not. Good luck and happy wrenching!
