I have a P4350 model

I have a P4350 model and recently purchased cartridges from OYYY at the time of placing the order the rep advised that I could use lexmark No 31 and 34 as they were compatible with no 32 33 when I instal them I get an error message to insert cartridges left and right the cartrdges are installed correct are they suitable for my machine and do I then have to change something. I am very new to computing and being an oap a little slower on the uptake
