Samsung LCD Graphics Module Data. (by 4 users)

Having recently purchased a LCD Graphics module 320 X 240 resolution ( 5.2 inches size ). I have been trying to locate the specific spec's & data sheets for the above. The most common P/N I have come across on the net has been # UG-32F01-SEBT5-J ( graphics version I think ). The additional numbering on the bach is SAMSUNG HK333 94VO plus 0123B. The chipset incorporates the OKI M5299A & M6598 chips.It must have a common family model name which people selling have lost sight of. There is some data out their but none specific. Are you able to assist ?
