"No water" & "No Beans" lights are on.

There are beans and water in the containers, but the above lights are on. Nothing else works except the steam supply. No pump, and no grinder. Both were working when I had the top cover off to dismantle the grinder blades for cleaning. Grinder worked fine after that until I repfitted the top cover.
