I have an Acer wireless keyboard, with no lights or anything in fact that indicates when capslock is on or off. I have spoken to the retailer where I purchased the computor but they are unable to help me. Can you please help me as it is extremely frustrating when using.

Normally with a wireless keyboard you will not have light on the keyboard for caps, it will be on the receiver, so place the receiver so you can see it and you will be able to see the cap light come on. Hope this helps
