Tips for a great answer:
your computer repeatedly tapping the f8 key to enter safe mode while the screen
is black once in safe mode where the only things working will be your keyboard
and mouse allowing you to attempt to repair your computer
click start click on my computer you should see your drive
right click then select format
another way is to control panel administrive tools computer management disk management right click on your drive select format
