you can get the sound driver from google. but you should know what motherboard you are using and what sound driver u need. or try a trial and error method.

Click Tools, then click Internet Options. At the top click content, go
to auto complete and click settings then forms. Click Apply and Ok
you will find the tool option on the top near <<<file, edit view>>>>

You can download all the drivers for your Laptop from this link (click here).
If you are looking only for the audio driver, click "Driver - Audio", you'll see two links, install both the drivers, but you need to install the "Microsoft UAA..." and install the "Realtek High Definition Audio driver....", otherwise you'll not get the sound even if you install the sound driver,
