Right-click an empty area of the Windows Desktop (your main screen). Click Properties, then the Settings tab. Under the slider labeled Screen area or Desktop size, slide the slider and click apply until you find the size that takes the fuzziness out of your laptop display.
Hope This helps!

SOURCE: How do I get the
the enclosure is locked but clickers, the only way to oepn it is by force since PBell has a specific pressure point on the enclosure to open it.
the ratling sound means that the disk in your HDD is not alligned, it could just be a matter of time before it completely looses railing and be unusable.
best move you can do is contact PCBell and have them informed about your issue.

Check to see if you can see your drive in DOS. To start ...run ...type in CMD and hit return. Then type E: (it should be the last drive letter...if not e: try F: etc..).....and return ...then type DIR and hit return....can you see the files on the drive ? might be security software you have running or it might be one of the Microsoft services not running....try the above 1st it should prove if its a windows problem..

You may need BIOS update. Check your CMOS time at bios page.
If time is wrong, set it up and try again. If this is solved the problem, change the CMOS battery.
