acer aspire 5715z/5315 hi im having problems with my comp it wasworking ok yesterday mornign thenit picked a trojan up we were on doing a virus check then it nocked of i keep getting the bits that say start at safe mode but it wont it is returningto the blue screen i even tryed cleaning it but it still no go still keeps coming up with the same message thnk is says windows cant start as file 32 is missing could you please help to get this backon asit is formy son to go on

ApprenticeI just bought an Acer Aspire 5715Z/5315 laptop. When I use the Microsoft Works Spread Sheet, I want to change the color, font, etc. in a cell, the computer says there is an error. What does that mean and how do I fix it?
