Call keurig they will replace.....programming issue

    Ditto. Had the unit for three weeks and yesterday the LCD display said "NOT READY". The unit shut off after approx. 3 minutes. Contacted Keurig cust. svce. and a new unit is being preshipped within the next 3-7 days. The only thing I have to do is to return the k-cup assembly in a padded envelople within the next 30 days. Keurig customer service was EXCELLENT!

How to reset c2557

i put in a brand new developer unit, using the new developer I had just replaced into the old developer unit, reset drum and maintenance counters, ran F8 again. The machine came into ready, ran (1) copy, jamed on fuser entry and C2557 fired again. I then reset the switch in the back (right hand side), reset the switch on the main board, reset drum and maintenance counters, ran F8 again. Screen is jumpy and has lines through it

You do NOT try to fix it. Instead, because it is "brand-new", you take it back to where you bought it, and EXCHANGE it, and then it will be the responsibility of the seller to send it back to the manufacturer for repairs.

Won't get past start screen when turned on

Try rebooting. Hold the power button till the menu pops up and click restart.

If that doesn't work try Hard reset Turn the unit off. Press and hold both the power button and the volume button at the same time, until the little yellow-green android robot comes on the screen. You can then release the buttons. You will eventually get a menu (this took a while to come up). Use the Volume button to scroll down to "Reset to Factory Standards", and select by pressing the power button. You`ll get a message asking you if you`re sure you want to do this. Use Power button again to select "yes". It will set the unit back to what it was when brand new.
By doing this you be ready to lose your saved data and setting

I have a olevia 232-S12 been stored up stairs just pluged in and screen looks like is cracked on inside try to rub out the crack gets bigger do i need new screen how much would it be ?

You are describing a damaged "panel" which is the entire front screen unit; forget this set as 1) with this brand the part will not be available and 2) if it was available the cost would be as much or more than the set cost when new.

Sorry to give you bad news but the screens on these sets are extremely fragile and even a slight blow can destroy them.

Brand new haier hl32r1a has thin red line running down the right side of the picture close to the edge..its just mildly annoying...can we get rid of it somehow?

Get the unit replaced if it is brand new. This type of problem is caused by a fault in the LCD panel, not something you can repair yourself. One of the driver chips that runs the display has a shorted output line which creates the red line on the screen. Even though the problem is mildly annoying now it may get worse as time goes on and your warranty runs out.

Broken screen

If it's physically broken then it's not repairable and must be replaced.

It's not even that straightforward though as the 32" LCD screen unit is the single most expensive component in manufacturing your tv and the supply and installation of a new screen will cost as much if not more than the cost of a brand new model.

If you have accidental damage insurance then now is the time to consider making a claim.

Can I get a new Screen?

I think you can get an orignal screen for your tv (if still available) at or the parts dept !

Won't turn off

Unplug the unit from the wall not just to turn it off but to see if it resets and goes back to normal.Plugn it back in after 5-10 minutes.Good thing for you is new.
