Using your browser, type in the address box the address of the router. The usual address is 192.168.1.1. This will open the maintenance page of the router. Depending on the brand and the model of the router, locate for a menu indicating Access of Filter. You should see or locate a part that indicates URL BLOCKINg. There are 2 ways to unblock a site. First is to DISABLE the URL Blocking by clicking on the necessary check box of option box. Second is to delete the name of the site in the list of sites being blocked.
