My dvd tray is not ejecting,i cannot insert a cd

CD Drive Tray problems
There are two ways to open the CD drive door if the button just below the drive tray does not work.
Go to My Computer and right click on the drive and click on Eject.
If this does not work then you can manually open the CD drive tray by -
Straighten a paper clip and gently insert it into a tiny hole below the drive tray next to the Eject button. Push the paper clip gently until the drive tray pops out, then pull the tray until it is fully out, then you can remove the CD disc.
If you still having problem opening with the Eject button, then the CD drive is faulty and needs replacing.

My cd will not eject out of the driver. Help!

Just to the left of the eject button and just below the disc tray on your optical (DVD/CD) drive is a tiny pinhole. Open up a one end of a paper clip and push that end into the hole and it will release the tray and pop it out without damaging the disc or the drive.

CD drine issue

To manually open the CD Drive, straighten a paper clip and insert it into a tiny hole in the front of your CD drive and push the paper clip gently into the drive and the tray should then pop open.
Open and close this several times, then insert a disc into the drive and see if it will read the disc.
If not the drive is dead and needs to be replaced.

Samsung sh-w162 is not rotating the disc

Check that the drive is 'Reading'.
Put a disc in to play. If that is OK then it would suggest the 'write' lazer is dead.
To prove this try another burn software.
If still introuble - replace the drive - there will be no repair option.
