My problem is my photocopy is not working it says functional problem within the copier turn operation switch off then on if the error appears again call services sc 560 i dont have manual what can i do

On a C2050 copier, sc400 is an ID sensor error. The ID sensors detect image density, and they probably either need to be cleaned or replaced.

After turn the main switch off and on the error appears again????
This error means that there is a bad comunication between the controller board and the operation panel.
Did you intervew in the machine? Some tecnical intervewing?

what you need to do is just resetting your machine. 1. Press * 28 * on your machine in a quick move. 2. Select copier 3. Select Err. 4. Select Clear then press O.K 5. Turn your machine off for 1 minute and turn it on again.
The error code will not be there anatmoreand your machine will be functioning well.

This code also for Heater Coil Fault. Replace the Fixing Element Coil.

Go to START MENU
Choose RUN
Type the letter "cmd"
Type the word "net stop spooler"
Exit
Go to C drive
Choose to Windows Folder
Click show content
Choose system32 folder
Choose spool folder
Choose printer
And delete all printing jobs pending
Again go back to CMD window and type the word "net start spooler"
Restart your computer also turn off your printer and switch it on.
It will work fine right now

dear sir; the error code 320 on ricoh af 2027 it's means laser polygon motor problem, the laser unit right under the toner unit, litlle bit left. some error code can be reset why don't give them a try
1, power on the machine
2, press "clear mode"( has the c in a diamond), "107"then press and hold down "clear/stop" key
3,turn power off 10 second later back on.
I f reset doesn't work, you need to replace laser motor. thank you

My service info doesn't go back that far either, but this procedure should work to reset the code. However, I would make sure there's no toner build-up on the fuser thermistor or thermostat first, otherwise the code will reappear.

Here's the instructions on clearing the code:

Enter the 25 mode by holding down the 2 and 5 keys while turning on the copier.
Press the P key, then enter 47, then press P again.
Enter 0 and press the Print key.
Turn the machine off/on to exit the 25 mode.

If the code reappears, then theres a problem. If it doesn't, you're good to go!
